Stretch with Fiona
I designed this class to give you all the benefits of yoga without you having to be flexible or particularly fit.
The classes are small and you will receive the attention you need, to receive all the benefits.
You will learn how to correct your posture, move more gracefully and improve your breathing and deal with stress.
Many of my students have learnt to minimise and control chronic pain and mild anxiety.
With Practice this class will make you feel happy, healthy and peaceful in your daily life.
This class consists of 45 minutes of easy accessible Yoga/Chi Gung and 15 minutes of relaxation.
