Fiona Goldsmith has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years. She was not a yoga body when she began and prides herself on remembering the journey . She loves teaching beginners. Let Fiona help you understand your perticular issues. This class can be repeated as often as you like. There will always be a slightly different emphasis and flavour.
